第三方社会化委托运维工作实施计划
根据《污染源运行管理办法》，为加强对城市主要污染源自动监测设施运行的监督管理，确保污染源自动监测设施的正常运行，污染源自动监测设施”（环发[2008] 6号），“漳州市人民政府”办公室关于实施第三方社会化关键污染源自动监测设施委托运行和维护的实施意见”（张政办[ [2017] 23号），我市自2017年开始实施第三方社会化关键污染源自动监控设施的委托运行。如下：
一、指导思想

二、工作对象

四、监控运营和维护资金
（[一）资金来源
